1. The service

Fan Fútbol is a football information and statistics app: live scores and historical archives, standings, and data on competitions, clubs, players, coaches and stadiums, plus football knowledge games. All of its content is for informational and entertainment purposes. The app offers no betting and no games with cash prizes.

2. Independence notice

Fan Fútbol is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, any league, federation or football club, ESPN or FotMob. All competition, club and player names are mentioned solely for informational and identification purposes.

3. Intellectual property

The app, its code, its design and its icon are the property of its developer.
The crests, logos and trademarks of clubs, leagues and federations belong to their respective owners and are shown solely for identification purposes inside the data screens.
The sports data comes from licensed providers: API-Football and TheSportsDB, credited as the source in accordance with their terms.
Part of the historical content comes from Wikipedia and Wikidata, and the images from Wikimedia Commons, under their respective Creative Commons licenses; the corresponding attributions are available inside the app, in the Credits section.
You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app's content as a data service of your own.

4. Your account

A Fan Fútbol account is local: it is created and stored on your device (you can also enter as a guest). You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity carried out from your device. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account or by following the instructions on the Delete my account page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
Do not attempt automated or bulk access to the services that power the app, and do not interfere with its operation.
Do not impersonate the developer or imply an official endorsement that does not exist.

6. Accuracy of the data

We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but live data comes from external providers and is offered "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or continuous availability. There may be delays, errors or interruptions beyond our control. Do not make financial decisions based on the app's data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, nor for the accuracy of third-party data. The app is offered as a free, ad-supported service; nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force will be the one published on this page, with its date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. For any question, write to us at henrymiami2022@gmail.com.
